Two Poms and an Aussie walk into a Sydney bar… but this is no joke!

 

Inspired by the lack of a real English style bitter that can be drunk on either a hot or cold day, DUNBAR Brews was established in 2020 by Will, Tom & Mitch… three beer enthusiasts who wanted to bring something unique to Sydney’s beer scene.

 

The result? An unmistakable English Pale Ale (EPA) which uses our favourite English hops to give it a malty taste and an uncompromising citrus and dried fruit finish. 

 

Staying true to their roots – and that of the Dunbar, the boys subsequently released their Continental Lager – a golden, crisp and refreshing lager, which is perfect for drinking all year round. As one of their customers rather accurately quipped “it sails down” !

 

For the 2021/22 Ashes Series, DUNBAR Brews have teamed up with the Barmy Army, to support the England cricket team bringing the Ashes Urn home.  

 

DUNBAR Brews are proudly independent and are busy planning their third beer. Watch this space....!
